Health and Safety Policy
It is the policy of Allen Waste Management Limited to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the relevant statutory health and safety provisions and to take all reasonable practicable measures to avoid risk to its employees and others.
Allen Waste Management (London) Limited accepts that it has a responsibility to ensure appropriate consideration, planning and finance is given to health and safety matters when preparing and carrying out working tasks.
All employees have a duty to co-operate with the Company in implementing this Policy and ensure that their own work, so far as is reasonably practical, is carried out without risk to themselves or others, including work-mates, contractors and members of the public.
The Management Structure for the implementation of the Health and Safety Policy, the Management Responsibilities and the monitoring of those responsibilities and the Health and Safety Statement of Intent are set out in the main Health and Safety Policy.
The Managing Director monitors the operation of this policy and it is under continuous review. It is revised periodically as required to reflect the way the business is changing in nature and size.
